This test take the way of the combination of the pot experiments and field experiments to study the effects of ecological condition, genotypic and genotype×ecological interaction on chemical components and aroma substances in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco, with the purpose of providing theoretical basis for different ecotope to choose good variety accordingly, stability and display the reveal the tobacco leaf style. According to the test results and analysis, get the preliminary conclusions are as follows:In terms of middle leaves, the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in Yunnan, Guizhou were higher than Henan ecological region. This shows that the ecological conditions have great influence on sugar content of tobacco leaf, and it indicates that tobacco in Yunnan, Guizhou ecological conditions conducive to the total sugar, reducing sugars synthesis and accumulation.Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combinations(Flue-cured tobacco pre-planted in Yunnan, growth and mature in Henan.) of tobacco leaf total sugar, reducing sugar content is close to Yunnan ecological region. There were significant difference in tobacco leaf total sugar, reducing sugar between Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combination and Henan ecological region(P<0.01), although tobacco leaves mature process in Henan ecological region. Similarly, in the ecological Henan﹢Yunnan combinations(Flue-cured tobacco pre-planted in Henan, growth and mature in Yunnan.) of tobacco leaf total sugar, reducing sugar content is close to Henan ecological region. There were significant difference in tobacco leaf total sugar, reducing sugar between Henan﹢Yunnan ecological combination and Yunnan ecological region(P<0.01), although tobacco leaves mature process in Yunnan ecological region. The results indicate that the pre-planted ecological condition may have much effect on sugar content of tobacco leaf Synthesis and accumulation.Genotype×ecological interaction results show that all of ecological condition, genotypic and Genotype×ecological interaction have influence on sugar content of tobacco leaf, and the ecological has the most important effect on total sugar and reducing sugar, the genotypic and Genotype×ecological interaction has little influence on sugar content of tobacco leaf.In terms of middle leaves, the content of nitrogen, nicotine and tobacco protein content in Henan were higher than Yunnan, Guizhou ecological region, but there was no obvious difference between Yunnan and Guizhou ecological region.The flue-cured tobacco with full aroma style in Henan has a close relation with the content of nitrogen and nicotine.Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combinations of nitrogen, nicotine and tobacco protein content is close to Yunnan ecological region.There were significant difference in nitrogen and tobacco protein content between Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combination and Henan ecological region(P<0.01), although tobacco leaves mature process in Henan ecological region. Similarly, in the ecological Henan﹢Yunnan combinations of nitrogen, nicotine and tobacco protein content is close to Henan ecological region. There were significant difference in nitrogen and tobacco protein content between Henan﹢Yunnan ecological combination and Yunnan ecological region(P<0.01), although tobacco leaves mature process in Yunnan ecological region. The nicotine in flue-cured tobacco of Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combinations and Henan﹢Yunnan combinations were higher than Yunnan and Henan ecological region,but there was no obvious difference in four ecological conditions.The results indicate that the pre-planted ecological condition may have much effect on nitrogen and tobacco protein content of tobacco leaf Synthesis and accumulation, and have little effect on nicotine of tobacco leaf Synthesis and accumulation. The results may also be related to the formation of different places.Genotype×ecological interaction results show that all of ecological condition, genotypic and Genotype×ecological interaction have influence on nitrogen, nicotine and tobacco protein content of tobacco leaf, and the ecological has the most important effect on nitrogen and tobacco protein content,the genotypic and Genotype×ecological interaction has little influence on nitrogen and tobacco protein content of tobacco leaf. After the exchange of tobacco plants, ecological conditions changed, and the ecological has the less important effect on nicotine of tobacco leaf.The content of potassium, chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco in Henan was highest of all ecological conditions, and in Guizhou ecological region was the lowest, potassium and chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan between the formers. The content of potassium, chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco showed some positive correlation in three ecological conditions.Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combinations of potassium, chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco is close to Yunnan ecological region. There were significant difference in potassium, chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco between Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combination and Henan ecological region(P<0.01), although tobacco leaves mature process in Henan ecological region. Similarly, in the ecological Henan﹢Yunnan combinations of potassium, chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco is close to Henan ecological region. There were significant difference in potassium and chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco between Henan﹢Yunnan ecological combination and Yunnan ecological region(P<0.01), although tobacco leaves mature process in Yunnan ecological region. The results may be due to no changes in soil environment when the tobacco plants exchanged.Genotype×ecological interaction results show that there was no obvious difference in potassium, chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco.After the exchange of tobacco plants, ecological conditions changed, all of ecological condition, genotypic and Genotype×ecological interaction have influence on potassium, chlorine content of tobacco leaf, and the ecological has the most important effect on potassium and chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco, the genotypic and Genotype×ecological interaction has little influence on potassium and chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco.The aroma components of test samples tobacco have been studied by means of the GC/MS. 29 constituents have been identified, including 6 species of browning reaction product, 4 kinds of phenylalanine, 16 types of carotenoids, a class of Chromoplast alkanes and other 2 types of aroma components.The browning reaction products, phenylalanine, carotenoids, and other categories and the total content of neutral flavor substances of flue-cured tobacco in Henan were significantly higher than Yunnan, Guizhou ecological zones, but there was no significant difference between Yunnan and Guizhou.Yunnan﹢Henan ecological combinations of neutral flavor substances of flue-cured tobacco is close to Yunnan ecological region. Similarly, in the ecological Henan﹢Yunnan combinations of neutral flavor substances of flue-cured tobacco is close to Henan ecological region.Ecological combinations of neutral flavor substances of flue-cured tobacco are lower than its Corresponding ecological region. The mutation rates of the browning reaction products, phenylalanine and Chromoplast alkanes of flue-cured tobacco were changed greatly in different ecological, and the mutation rates of the carotenoids and the total content of neutral flavor substances of flue-cured tobacco were smaller relatively in different ecological, the results of the two test samples tobacco are consistent.Neutral tobacco flavor material and the total content of each component was no obvious difference among genotype. The each component and total content of the Hongda was higher than NC89 and K326.The mutation rates of the phenylalanine and Chromoplast alkanes of flue-cured tobacco were changed greatly in different genotype, and the mutation rates of the browning reaction products, carotenoids and the total content of neutral flavor substances of flue-cured tobacco were smaller relatively in different genotype, the results of the two test samples tobacco are consistent.Comprehensive the results of different ecological region and different genotype, the mutation rates of the the total content of neutral flavor substances in different ecological region were higher than in different genotype. The results shows that both of ecological condition and genotypic have influence on the quality of aroma of tobacco leaf, and the ecological have greater influence on the total content of neutral flavor substances of flue-cured tobacco than the genotypic. |
