1. Study on Ecological Observation and Diversity of Overwintering Spider Community in the Different Vegetable HabitatThere are total 14 species 13 Genus 7 families of spiders in vegetable field investigated during winter, in which Pardosa pseudoannulata and Ummeliata insecticeps are dominant. The life stage, place and behaviour of overwintering of vegetable field spider were reported thoroughly. The diversity index, species richness and individual density of the spider community in the vegetable field and the bund were much higher in the diversified habitat compared to the simple habitat. And some measures were pointed out in order to protect rice field spiders during winter.2. Analysis on the digestive enzyme activity in the wolf spider ,Pardosa pseudoannulata (Araneae:Lycosidae) under the different temperatureBy using ultraviolet spectroscopy and acid base titration, a comparative study was made on the digestive enzyme activity (Lapase and proteinase) of the wolf spider, Pardosa pseudoannulata under the different temperature. The result showed that the activity of lapase and proteinase in the spider during non-overwintering was higer than that during overwintering. The results from the differential centrifugation indicated that the major portion of protease and lipase located in the cycosol fraction, whereas 35% in the part of nuclei and cell debris. These results suggested that lipase and proteinase existed in the cell of the spider mainly as the form of soluble protein molecule. At the same, This research showed the digestive enzyme activity depressed of the wolf spider, Pardosa pseudoannulata under the low temperature might be an important factor of overwintering of the spider.3. Correlation Analysis on the Content of Ca2+ in Spider's Cephalothorax and the Active Ability of SpiderUsing Pardosa Pseudoannulata's cephalothorax as materials, the Calcium in Pardosa Pseudoannulata's cephalothorax transformed into soluble Ca2+ by destructing chemical bonds in molecules with the digest of microwave.Meanwhile, the FAAS(Flame atomic absorption spectrometry) method was conduced to measure the general content of Ca2+ in samples. The results showed that. the content of general Ca2+ increased markedly with the increase of temperature in a certain range, and leaded to faster and broader transmission of nerve impulses, enhanced metabolism activity and excitement of spiders. Whereas,.decreased metabolism activity and excitement of spiders.
