Our study was carried out in laboratory, keep humidity, light cycle, age and daily food quantity stay the same, study the individual growth and development.fecundity, prey on functional response and each stage protective enzyme activity of Pardosa pseudoannulata in different temperature, in order to provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the cause of dominant species of Pardosa pseudoannulata. The results of this study are listed as follows:(1).Temperature varies from 25℃ to 35℃, it doesn’t affect the integral developmental duration of Pardosa pseudoannulata, but the developmental duration of 1st instar,4th instar and 7th instar significantly. During the age of 1st to 4th, the average growth rate:35℃>30℃>25 ℃, during the age of 5th to 8th,the average growth rate:30℃>35℃> 25℃.(2).Temperature varies from 25℃ to 35℃, it doesn’t affect weight and body length.(3).Temperature varies from 25℃ to 35℃, it doesn’t affect the predacious number,3rd and 5th instar’predacious number under different temperature are extremely close, the prey number of female and male also haven’t difference among different temperature.(4).Functional reaction parameters under different temperature(25℃,30℃,35℃) had been compared, for 3rd and 5th instar, consumption efficency of prey is:35℃>30℃>25 ℃searching rate is:35℃>30℃25℃,the maximum prey number is:30℃>35℃>25℃.For mature female and male, consumption efficency of prey is:30℃>25℃>35℃, searching rate is: 30℃>25℃>35℃, the maximum prey number is:30℃>25℃>35℃.(5).The activity of protective enzyme and Tch-E enzyme had been compared under different temperature, for 3rd instar, temperature affect SOD its enzyme activity and Gsh-px enzyme significantly; for 5th instar, temperature affect its SOD,Gsh-px,CAT enzyme activity significantly; for female, temperature doesn’t affect its protective enzyme and Tch-E enzyme; for male, temperature doesn’t affect its SOD,CAT,Tch-E enzyme significantly.(6).The capacibility of yolk protein synthesis and protective enzyme in ovary was influenced by temperature, the quantity of yolk protein and protective enzyme activity is more higher under 30℃.(7).Quantity of three major nutrients and yolk protein in embryo were highest under 30 ℃, water is highest under 25℃, and protective enzyme activity was influenced by temperature, but Tch-E enzyme activity wasn’t influenced by temperature.
