This paper was designed to study the science and feasibility of float-moist seedbed system in order to resolve the problems of floating seedbed system, which were slowly restoring and low-level drought tolerance. With "air-mend-root" principle, and combined with floating seedbed system and moist seedbed system, float-moist seedbed system is a new generation of seedling technology. Through compare the tow seedling technology, the results are as follows:First, this experiment was designed with conventional floating seedbed system as the control, and with two different degree of water treatment:low water (blocking up the floating plate with bricks, and making the bottom of floating plate contact the water surface) and super-low water (blocking up the floating plate with bricks, and making it apart from the water surface 5cm). The results showed that biological properties were low water> super-low water> CK. The restoring rate, activity of root vigor, NR, photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content were super-low water> low water> CK.Second, this experiment was designed with conventional floating seedbed system as the control:4 kinds of moist periods S (height 4,6,8,10 cm turn to moist way)×4 kinds of transplant periods Y (height 6,8,10,12 cm turn to transplanted), and a total of 11 kinds of treatment. The results showed that height 6cm begins moist processing then height 12cm transplanting is better; if production efficiency and cost considerations, height 6cm begins moist processing then height 10cm transplanting can also be used to reduce restoring period and improve the drought tolerance.Third, whit conventional floating seedbed system as the control, by simulating different water conditions, different fertilizers and different low-temperature conditions, measured root vigor, NR activity, chlorophyll content and free proline content, for floating-moist seedbed system further improving. The results showed that floating-moist seedbed system is better than floating seedbed system in dry conditions, while fertilizers tolerance of roots is also slightly better. In the short-term performance of low-temperature conditions, the two roughly equal.Finally, field survey showed that:float-moist seedbed system is obviously better than the floating seedbed system after transplanting, and proofed which soil adaptability and drought tolerance, also for its further growth after transplant. In 80d, float-moist seedbed system should be higher than the floating seedbed system in number of physical indicators, indicating the advantages of pre-accumulation still continued until the latter date, that had a higher practical significance.
