Using mature corn straw as raw material and vermiculite, perlite composite at different volume ratio of organic substrate composition,and adding PGPR nutrient solution culture pepper;Physical and chemical characteristics of different compound medium were studied in culture stages.The effects on the peppers growth and development,yield and quality were also studied in this paper.The aim is to find the suitable proportion of compound medium in planting pepper and to provide the basic theory of culture and fertilization.The results are as follows:1.In the pepper cultivation process, the treatment was gradually increasing trend of bulk density,total porosity was a steady downward trend, indicating the soilless culture in the process of pepper,corn straws degradation process still existed,and had more physical properties before and after planting large degree of change,in particular,the existence of the more obvious the volume contraction.The treatments of pH was between 6.06-7.58, within the appropriate pH of pepper,pH increased early and then decreased.Treatment C,bulk density of 0.436g cm-3,Total porosity of 80.57% Water retained porosity is about 61.01% ,Air filled porosity about 19.56% ventilation hole about the size of the pore than in the 0.321 or so,the physical properties of substrate performed better.2.The physiological and morphological Index, watered joined with PGPR nutrient solution were greater than the watered normal nutrient solution treatment,the root activity and chlorophyll content had the best performance is PB;while the diameter of stem, leaf areas,up-ground and under ground fresh weight and dry weight had the best performance in PC;Soluble solid matter and Soluble sugar had the best performance in PB;PC had the highest concentration of vitamin C,and commodity maturation and physiological maturation was 184.51mg/100g,229.39mg/100g, respectively.They had significant difference with the other treatments.indicating that PGPR can promote the growth of pepper, increase the quality of fruit,in certain degree.3.Watered joined with PGPR nutrient solution treatments and the corresponding treatments showed a significant difference,we could see that PGPR was remarkabled in the growth of pepper stem diameter;among the treatments the heightest is PA in the entire cultivation period,watered joined with PGPR nutrient solution is greater than the corresponding treatment,coud be seen that PGPR in promoting the growth of pepper height to a certain extent;watered joined with PGPR nutrient solution of the chlorophyll content of all treatment were greater than the correspond treatment,which indicated that PGPR in the promotion of increased chlorophyll content in pepper leaves had a certain effect;In the yield,which PA increased 5.67% compared with A,PB than B increased by 11.94%,PC than C increased 18.25%,It is indicated that the PGPR has significant effect of yield.
