Deep-litter of pig ecological rearing technology can strengthen the disease resistance of livestock and promote the health growth of livestock,relieve the waste pollution of pig to the environment.Therefore,the deep-litter of pig ecological rearing technology is widely used in pig industry.But with the continuous expansion of fermentation bed pig production scale,there are more and more fermentation deep-litter of pig rearing being produced by it.If there were no development and utilization on it,it would be a waste of resovurces and pollute the environment.Therefore,this test mainly takes wast fermentation deep-litter of pig ecological rearing as the main substrate to study on the soilless cultivation technology ofpepper based on the organic substrate of wast fermentation deep-litter of pig ecological rearing so as to provide theoretic and practical foundation for the implementation of pepper's High Yield,Good Quality and High Efficiency organic type cultivation technique.The main results are as follows:1.Taking the wast fermentation deep-litter of pig ecological rearing as the main Ingredients,add one or two kind of substrate from vinegar residue and vermiculite in for substrate matching,study the physicochemical property?unit weight,total porosity,water-air ratio,pH value,EC value,total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen,organic matter etc.?of matrixes with different proportion andpepper production quality indicators.It can be got that the physical and chemical characters of substrates of the dealing with T8?wast fermentation deep-litter of pig ecological rearing:vinegar residue:vermiculite = 9:2:6?are good through the comprehensive analysis,possible to significantly improve thepepper production.It is a fine organic substrate for the proper implementation of pepper growth.2.Taking the developed T8 of the best substrate formulation as the cultivation Ingredients,adopt 4 factors 5 levels orthogonal regression method to study.To explore,the influence of a singular element on pepper plant dry weight and posynthesis under the case of the other three factors are the same through the analysis of the influence of different fertilizer rate and water content on pepper plant dry weight and posynthesis.The results shows that:in this research,low level of nitrogen fertilizer can add the accumulation of fresh weight of pepper stem leaf,enhance posynthesis and increase production of pepper;the influence of phosphate fertilizer quantity on pepper growth and development is not big;Both low and high level of potash fertilizer can increase the accumulation of fresh weight of pepper stem leaf,enhance posynthesis,increase production of pepper;high level of substrate water content can increase the accumulation of fresh weight of pepper stem leaf,enhance posynthesis,increase production of pepper.the yield-improving effect of water on bucket planted peppers is greater than that of fertilizer.3.The fertilizer requirements of pepper plants in different periods are different.The research results show that during the seedling stage,the pepper plant's nitrogen content>potassium content>phosphorus content,from:florescence to the early stage of hanging fruits,the plant body's potassium content>nitrogen content>phosphorus content,this shows the demand for nitrogen at seedling stage is bigger.So at the seedling stage,nitrogenous fertilizer amount is the most,potash fertilizer the second,while phosphatic fertilizer is the least;In blossom period,the requirement of potassium is the biggest,the potash fertilizer should be spreaded most,the nitrogenous fertilizer the second,while the phosphatic fertilizer least from the blossom period to the early stage of hanging fruits.4.Four factor?Nitrogenous,phosphate,potassium,substrate water content?quadratic regression orthogonal analysis design can get Mathematic model aboutpepper plant height,stem diameter and yield,The result shows that the plant height and yield could be highest when adding N 0.88g/plant,P2O5 0.40g/plant,K2O 3.31g/plant,substrate containing water 63.53%in this research.In the same time,the stem diameter could be highest when adding N 0.88g/plant,P2O5 0.40g/plant,K2O 22.23g/plant,substrate containing water 63.53%in this research.The results indicated that low level of basal and high level of water could increase the pepper plant height,stem diameter and yield,increasing of potash fertilizer is helpful to increase plant stem diameter growth index.And a reasonable water and fertilizer ratio,the effect of "promoted by water fertilizer,fertilizer water diversion",can achieve the purpose of efficient utilization of water and fertilizer.Using buckets to cultivate pepper,the required moisture of which can only rely on irrigation,the degree of the demand for water5.Taking the polypropylene acid amides gel electrophoresis system to analyze the SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis of pepper leaf protein.Study the influence of different nitrogen application rate and water content of different substrate on pepper leaf protein expression.The results prove that excessive nitrogen application rate will lead to the expression quantity of protein with 50kDa molecular weight improves and the expression quantity of protein with 44.26kDa molecular weight declines.Under the water stress,the expression quantity of protein with 50kDa molecular weight declines,the expression quantity of protein with 44.26kDa molecular weight rises,and the expression quantity of protein with 35.23kDa declines significantly.Illustrate the different effects of different application nitrogen amount and different substrate containing water on plant leaf protein of pepper.It is laid the foundation to further study the effects of different application nitrogen amount and different substrate containing water on plant leaf protein of pepper.6.using scanning and transmission electron microscope respectively to observe pepper leaves stomata characteristics,ultrastructure of chloroplast.Study the influence of different nitrogen application rate and water content of dififerent substrate on pepper leaf stomata characteristics and ultrastructure of chloroplast.Excessive nitrogen application rate and under the water stress,leaf epidernis and part of the pore structure are destroyed,this makes part pores unable to open and close as well as leads blend,disordered arrangement and starch grains reduce to granum lamella and stroma lamella in mesophyll cell.And the water stress even has greater damage on granum lamella and stroma lamella in mesophyll cell.This showed that the amount of nitrogen fertilizer and water stress to the pepper leaf posynthesis was inhibited,and then affect the posynthetic efficiency of pepper leaves,hinder the normal growth of pepper.
