According to Traditional Chinese Medicine,"phlegin"is not only a material basis of produce carcinoma,but also a pathogenesis of carcinoma progressing and transferring.So,it's a important way using method of Xiaotan Sanjie to therapy carcinoma. We creat Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe according to the theory above- described, and it indicate a good effect on gastric cancer by clinical and experimental study.Now,we try to illustrate the mechanism of Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe to inhibiting invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma by study how it affect expression of CDK4,P 1 6,P2 1 in gastric cancer tissue.We study the changes in tumor markers(CEA and CA 19-9) level carcinoma to evaluate Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe's effect in patients with gastric.
