The Expression Of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen And Their Correlation With Microvessel Density In Gastric Cancer

Objective: To study the expression of VEGF, MVD, PCNA in gastric carcinoma and investigate the correlation between VEGF, PCNA and MVD further. Method: 60 specimens of gastric carcinoma were selected as experimental group and 20 adjacent gastric mucus membrance as control. The expression of VEGF, MVD and PCNA in gastric carcinoma was determined by means of streptavidin-peroxidase(SP) immunohistochemistry.
