| MDA (malondialdehyde) is the most important metabolite of lipid peroxide.The concentration of the serum MDA indirectly reflect the degree of the damage of tile ischemic cerebral tissues. We analogized tile change of tile biochemichal lllarker(M[)A) as well as tile improvement of tile clinical function in 60 Cl patients,which was divided into two group (30 cases treated by medicine combined with scalp Acupuncture, 30 cases were given routine medicine only).The results showed:( I )MDA level significantly goes up compared to 30 healthy persons (p < 0.01); (2)There were no evident difference between the two groups in function Illark and MDA level before treatment(p>0.05), whereas both of them decreased after treatment (p <0.01); (3)The level of tue serum MDA and function mark in Acupuncture group decreased more markedly than those in the medicine treated group (p |
