A General Account Of Clinical Study Of Chinese Traditional And Western Medicine On Diabetic Nephropathy

ABSTRACT Diabetic nephropathy is one of common and serious complications of diabetes mellitus. There is no effective method to prevent its deterioration at present. This thesis is a summary of Chinese Traditional and Western medicine study on diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy and through the clinical observation, we think the therapy of reinforcing the kidney and promoting blood has striking effect. We divide the 38patients into four groups according to the symptoms and signs and apply Chinese medicine with controlling blood sugar and blood pressure. The result shows that the treatment can delay the kidney functions deterioration. So we conclude the therapy of reinforcing the kidney and promoting blood has remarkable effectiveness.
