The Summary Of Chinese Traditional Andwestern Medicine Study On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chronic Pyelonephritis

Pyelonephritis is the most common interstitial nephritis.Frequently haPpening in women, which can be divided into acute andchronic types. Chronic pyelonephritis (CPN) is hard to prevent andcare because of its long course and relaPse, the second reason causingchronic renal failure. Therefore, preventing and curing the diseaseeffectively seems very important.This thesis is a summary of Chinese traditional and westernmedicine stUdy on diagnosis and treatment of CPN and through theclinicaI observation. We think the theraPy of reinforcing the kidneyand promoting blood has striking effect. We treated 48 patientsaPplying Chinese medicine, the results showed that the clinicalsymptoms were improved effectively. The total effective rate was87.5%. So we concluded the theraPy of reinforcing the kidney andpromoting blood has remarkable effectiveness.
