Objective : The pathogenesis of migraine is still unknown . Recently evidences indicate that autoimmunoreaction was involed in.the pathogensis of migraine and there was a high positive rate of anticardiolipin (aCL) antibody in those patients . We measured the serum aCL-IgG in the patients with migraine to explore the role of all in the pathogenesis of migraine .Method : The levels of aCL-IgG were determined by ELISA in 52 patients with migraine episodic and 40 healthy persons for control . We measured the levels of serum TXB2 , anti-dsDNA antibody , an-ti-SM antibody . And blood rutine test in all persons and the level of TXB2 in patients with migraine .Result : there was a significant positive rate of aCL-IgG in patients with migraine contrastingwith control group and the level of serum TXB2 has a significant elevation also . The level of serum TXB2 in patients with migraine relieved was significant low contrasting with healthy group .Conclusion : The level of serum aCL in patients with migraine has a singnificant elevation .which indicated dysfunction of immunity in these patients . This abnormity may play a important role in the pathogenesis of migraine.
