ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Migraine is a common type of the headache,characterised as the repeated episodes of one or tow sides head pain,caused by the dysfunction of nerve and vessel.This disease is classified as擯ian Tou Fen攁nd Migraine in the category of the traditional chinese medicine.The etiology and mechanism of the disease are very complicated and unknown.At present,the Migraine is shown as the relation to the function of the platelet collection,the systole and dilatation of vessel,as well as PAF,TXA2,PGI2.In this paper,63 patients with Migraine have been taken and divided into 2 groups, acupuncture group (32cases) and the control (3 leases), the effect of the clinic therapy observed after treatment, the level of PAF,TXB2, 6?keto?PGF1 in the plasma of patients observed before and after treatment,the normal control,20 cases.The result show that Migraine treated with acupuncture therapy get obvious effect which is better than that of the control抯(P
