| Objective: This study summarized mentor's clinical experience in the treatment of LUFS. Using method with kidney invigorate the herb in the treatment LUFS foot. Observe the clinical curative effect, and discusses the main mechanisms and main function area, to provide a new LUFS TCM therapy effective treatments.Methods: Selection criteria of LUFS patients, 30 cases were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group of 20 cases of application, kidney invigorate kidney - promote ovulation soup basis, the formulas with temperature of dredging foot square combination therapy for promoting ovulation, 10 cases of control group, use only HCG promote ovulation treatment. A menstrual cycle, continuous treatment for a period of three menstrual cycles. With oviposit rate, pregnancy rate, TCM symptoms integral, under b-sonography follicle, mainly observed image BBT. Outcome for healing, effective, invalid 3 kinds.Results: The internal medicine with external treatment therapy with promoting LUFS 20 cases of patients treated ovulation. Results, there are patiens 6,12,2 conceived by treatments respectively. The total effective rate was 90%. 5 cases of pregnancy. Pregnancy rate was 25%. There are 58 periods. The periods of promotion ovulation were 34, the rate of promotion ovulation is 58.62%. Pure LUFS patients treated HCG promote ovulation was 10 cases. There are patiens2,3,5 conceived by treatments respectively. The total effective rate was 50%. Pregnancy of 1 case and pregnancy rate is 10%. There are 30 periods. The periods of promotion ovulation were 12, ovulation rate is 40%.Conclusion: Internal medicine with external treatment can obviously improved symptoms and signs. And in improving ovulation, pregnancy rates have significant advantage. The disease, the whole and medicine organic combination of local regulation, and achieved good clinical curative effect, and the price is cheap, convenient and feasible treatment unruptured follicular syndrome effective scheme of syndrome.
