Objective:This study use the method of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with the lavipeditum of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome (LUFS) in order to observe the clinical ovulation effect and to research its curative mechanism.By using this method to prevent the recurrence of LUF menstrual cycles to provide a new and an effective therapy.Methods:45 cases of LUFS who meet the inclusion criteria are divided into three groups.15 cases in the method of internal medicine combined with external treatment group,15 cases in Chinese Medicine group,15 cases in Western medicine group take HCG only to stimulate ovulation. After 3 consecutive treatment courses (one menstrual cycle as one course), compare the rate of ovulation,the recurrence rate of LUF menstrual cycle, pregnancy rate,and observe patients'improvement in TCM symptoms,HPS Score of High Temperature Phase in BBT among the three groups,evaluate the efficacy of this treatment.Results:①The rate of the ovulation in three groups is statistically significant (P<0.05),but the pregnancy rate among the three groups there is no difference(P>0.05).②The recurrence rate of LUF menstrual cycle is statistically significant (P<0.05).③The score of the TCM symptoms is statistically significant (P<0.01).④There are significant improve in Chinese clinical symptoms among the three groups (P<0.01).⑤The score of High Temperature Phase in BBT (HPS)is statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The method of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with the lavipeditum of Traditional Chinese Medicine for LUFS can improve LUFS ovulation rate,reduce the recurrence rate of LUF menstrual cycle, and improve the patients signs and symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and it can also improve the score of High Temperature Phase in BBT. It presents the ideology and characters of Chinese Medicine, such as "syndrome differentiation treatment" and "external treatment for internal disease".so this method is an effective way to treat the LUFS in clinic. |
