| Objective:This study intended purely from a clinical point of view comparative study of western medicine and combination the efficacy of the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis. Methods:A random number table will be 243 cases of CPN patients were randomly divided into two groups, experiment group (Chinese and Western medicine combined group) and the control group (pure Western medicine group), two groups are to be the same diet and care, serving a total of 16 weeks the end of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90.83%,59.35% in control group. After statistical analysis, the two groups was significant difference in efficacy (P<0.05), shows the total effect of the treatment group than the control group; can improve immune function, renal function and lower urinary ALB,β2-MG, NAG levels, no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion:The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment in the overall concept and guiding principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment group parties, can be significantly improved symptoms and signs, improve patient quality of life. For chronic pyelonephritis combination of Chinese and Western medicine, from diagnosis, treatment, Clinical evaluation of several aspects to be integrated, flexible use in different situations should be clearly under their respective advantages and disadvantages, some targeted and focused. |
