Objective To investigate the characteristic change of the hemostatic and fibrinolytic markers in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and lacunar infarct(ICI) and get theory foundation for treatment. Methods A series of hemostatic and fibrinolytic parameters were measured among 37 cases of ICH and 36 cases of ICI by using ELISA or coagulative and flocculent immunoassay. The parameters include t-PA, PAI-1, PC, D-dimer, AT-III, Fib. Meanwhile,thirty-five age-and sex-matched healthy subjects are tested as control group. Results Plasma level of t-PA is elevated significantly in ICH and ICI cases. ( P < 0.001 ) . In ICH cases, the level of PAI-1 is lower and PC is higher in significance (P=0.01, P< 0.001 ) The plasma level of D-dimer in ICH and ICI is elevated, matched as control group. ( P=0.01,P=0.09 ) . The levels of AT-III and Fib in ICH and ICI are lower significantly than those in control cases. Conclusion There are the hemostatic abnormalities in acuteintracerebral hemorrhage. The changeable law of level of t-PA andPAI-1 are significantly different between hemorrhagic and ischemicstroke. Those changeable laws are significantly different between lacunarand ischemic infarct.
