| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects and safety of TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage, and compare with western conventional medicine, and discusses its curative effect mechanism.Methods1. Clinical data:All the Patients come from the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine ward of Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University,from December ,2008 to December, 2010. The 68 patients were averagely randomize to treatment group and comparison group,34 patients in each group. All cases accord with western medicine diagnostic criteria of intracerebral hemorrhage about "hemorrhagic stroke" diagnostic criteria, at the same time accord with the stroke related standards.Treatment group and comparison group patients of gender, age, course of disease, clinical manifestation, bleeding part, bleeding size etc, by statistical inspection, no significant differences (p>0.05).2. The medical usage: The comparison group is treated with western medicine treatment. The patients in treatment group is treated with TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction which is used 200ml twice a day,14 days as a therapeutic cycle, continuous taking 2 therapeutic cycles. The two groups of patients were using basic therapy and related symptomatic treatment in the healing process.3. The effect and safety of observation: For all the patients clinical symptoms are observed before taking medicine and after taking medicine, the 28th day, and we take scores on nervous function, clinical symptoms the haematoma volume and the ability of living condition. The observation records were used as curative effect evaluation of statistics.Blood route, urine route, stool route,liver and kidney function, blood clotting are observed before and after the treatment. The records were used as safety observation statistics.4. Statistical Methods: After 28 days,we analyze the data,the count materials were examined withχ~2, the measuring materials were examined with t-test, the grade materials with Ridit.Result1. The evaluation of stroke disease curative effect: The treated group's total effective rate is 91.18%,the contrast group is 70.59%. There is difference between the two groups with statistical analysis (P<0.05).The result shows TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction obviously improve the recovery of patients.2. The curative effect of clinical symptoms and physical sign:The treated group's total effective rate is 94.12%, the contrast group's total effective rate is 76.47%. There is difference between the two groups with statistical analysis (P<0.05). The results shows TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction obviously improve the recovery of patients.3. Clinical curative effect evaluation of neurologic deficits: The treated group's total effective rate is 91.18% ,the contrast group's total effective rate is 75.53% .There is difference between the two groups with statistical analysis (P<0.05). The results shows TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction obviously improve the recovery of patients.4. The hematoma volume comparison:The hematoma volume of the treatment group and control group after the treatment by statistical analysis, the hematoma volume of the two groups are decreased, and clinical curative effect is distinct in treatment group than in control group. There is difference between the two groups with statistical analysis (P<0.05). The results shows TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction obviously improve the absorption of haematomas.5. Adverse effects and side effects: There are no side-effects in both groups. Two groups of laboratory results (three conventional, liver and kidney function, blood clotting) before and after the treatment all did not appear in the abnormal changes associated with therapy. It explains that the drug is non-toxic, without side effects, safety, and its curative effect is reliable.ConclusionThe results of the study indicate that: The cerebral hemorrhage curative effect, syndromes curative effect integral, clinical neurologic deficits degree curative effect integral, and the haematoma volume of the two groups before and after the treatment is difference. And also shows us that TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction obviously improve the recovery of patients. And it is not poisonous to the body. In a conclusion , the TianLongTongJingHuoLuo Decoction has a good foreground for clinic. |
