The Clinical Effects Study Of Pingyangqushitongjing Fa To Intracerebral Hemorrhage

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects and safety of Pingyangqushitongjing Fa in the treatment ofacute intracerebral hemorrhage， and compare with western conventional medicine， anddiscusses its curative effect mechanism.Methods1. Clinical data：All the Patients come from the Emergency Medicine Department of AffiliatedHospital of Hebei University，from July，2010to January，2011. The80patients wereaveragely randomize to treatment group and comparison group，40patients in each group. Allcases accord with western medicine diagnostic criteria of intracerebral hemorrhage about"hemorrhagic stroke" diagnostic criteria， at the same time accord with the stroke relatedstandards. Treatment group and comparison group patients of gender， age， course ofdisease， clinical manifestation， bleeding part， bleeding size （edema size）etc， bystatistical inspection， no significant differences (p>0.05).2. The medical usage: The comparison group is treated with western medicine treatment. Thepatients in treatment group is treated with TianLongTongJing Decoction which is used150mltwice a day，14days as a therapeutic cycle， continuous taking2therapeutic cycles. The twogroups of patients were using basic therapy and related symptomatic treatment in the healingprocess.3. The effect and safety of observation: For all the patients clinical symptoms are observedbefore taking medicine and after taking medicine， the28thday， and we take scores onnervous function， clinical symptoms the haematoma volume and the ability of livingcondition. The observation records were used as curative effect evaluation of statistics. Bloodroutine examination，liver and kidney function， blood clotting are observed before and afterthe treatment. The records were used as safety observation statistics.4. Statistical Methods: After28days，we analyze the data by SPSS12.0software，the countmaterials were examined withχ~2， the measuring materials were examined with t-test， thegrade materials with Ridit.Result 1. The clinical curative effective: The treated group’s total effective rate is87.50%， thecontrast group is67.50%. There is difference between the two groups with statistical analysis(P<0.05).The result shows Pingyangqushitongjing Fa obviously improve the recovery ofpatients.2. The curative effect of clinical symptoms and physical sign: The treated group’s totaleffective rate is90.00%， the contrast group’s total effective rate is72.50%. There isdifference between the two groups with statistical analysis (P<0.05). The results showsPingyangqushitongjing Fa obviously improve the recovery of patients.3. Clinical curative effect evaluation of neurologic deficits: The treated group’s total effectiverate is92.50%，the contrast group’s total effective rate is72.50%.There is differencebetween the two groups with statistical analysis (P<0.05). The results showsPingyangqushitongjing Fa obviously improve the recovery of patients.4. The hematoma volume comparison：The hematoma volume of the treatment group andcontrol group after the treatment by statistical analysis， the hematoma volume of the twogroups are decreased， and clinical curative effect is distinct in treatment group than incontrol group. There is difference between the two groups with statistical analysis (P<0.05).The results shows Pingyangqushitongjing Fa obviously improve the absorption ofhaematomas.5. Adverse effects and side effects: There are no side-effects in both groups. Two groups oflaboratory results (Blood routine examination， routine urianlysis， routine stool test， liverand kidney function， blood clotting) before and after the treatment all did not appear in theabnormal changes associated with therapy. It explains that the drug is non-toxic， withoutside effects， safety， and its curative effect is reliable.ConclusionThe results of the study indicate that: The stroke outcome integral， syndromes curative effectintegral， clinical neurologic deficits degree curative effect integral， and the haematomavolume of the two groups before and after the treatment is difference. And also shows us thatPingyangqushitongjing Fa obviously improve the recovery of patients. And it is not poisonousto the body. In a conclusion，the Pingyangqushitongjing Fa has a good foreground for clinic.
