Clinical And Experimental Research On Gastritis With HP.infection Treated With Jianweiqingyou Decoction

To observe the effect of Jianweiqingyou decoction(JWQ)on chronic gastritis with H.pyloi infection.65 chronic gastritis patients with HP infection were divided randomly into two group.One group was treated with JWQ ,another with western medicine (WM).The results showed:The total effective rate was 97.1% in JWQ group, It was obviously higher than that in WM group(P<0.05).The effect of JWQ was obviously superior to that of WM on improving the clinical symptom inluding stomachache ruffian flatulence and nausea(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There was no significant difference about the eradication rate of Hp and the improvement of gastric mucous membrane inflammation(P>0.05)The experiment on animals showed that JWQ had the effect on the inflammation pain and mucositis. The results of this experiment showed that :JWQ had a quite good effect on treating gastritis with HP infection.
