Clinical Observation Of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Treated By "Xue Si Yin

Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP)is a kind of autoimmune disease,which prominent clinical manitestation is bleeding and decreasing of purpura .At present,it's a much more difficult disease to cure in clinic of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.In this summary,there are some research of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine into the subject of IIP in resent years and clinical observation of the curative effect about IIP be treated with "Xue Si Yin" .My tutor,who has been a blood-doctor for more than ten years, has accumulated plentiful experiences in treating ITP.More overdeveloped the prescription "Xue Si Yin" in person. In this study,there are 63 subjects with IIP who be put under observation for some parameters and clinical behaviors before and after treatment.The result of this study shows as follows:1.The total effective rate of " Xue " approximates to Hytrocortisome's, there wasn't a striking difference (p>0.05) between the two groups.2.The Blood platelet count and platelet associated immunoglobulin have a striking difference (p<0.01)between before and after be dealed with "Xue" .3. "Xue" focused all kinds of ITP,especially obvious to deficiency Qi and fault to obsorb blood (p<0.05).At the same time,all kinds of ITP will respond symptomatically to "Xue" .4.The effect of " Xue " be used to deal with bloody nose,bloody teeth and bloody stool,are better than Hytrocortisome's (p<0.05).5.After treated,macrocyte in bone marrow decreased,grainmacrocyte striking decreased (p<0.001). Macrocyte with pro-ductation of platelet striking increased (p<0.001).
