The Clinical Observation Of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura And The Study Of TNF-Alevels In Serum Treated By Ziqian Capsule

Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a kind of autoimmune disease, which prominent clinical manitestation is bleeding and decreasing of purpura .At present, it's a much more difficult disease to cure in .clinic of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.In this summary,there are some research of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine into the subject of ITP in resent years and clinical observation of the curative effect about ITP be treated with "Zi Qian capsule".My tutor, who has been a blood-doctor for more than ten years,has accumulated plentiful experiences in treating ITP. More over, developed the prescription "Zi Qian capsule" in person. In this study, there are 64 subjects with ITP who be put under observation for some parameters and clinical behaviors before and after treatment.The result of this study shows as follows:1. The total effective rate of "Zi Qian capsule" on ITP was superior to "Promote thrombocyte capsule" ,there was a significance difference(P<0.01) between the two groups.2. Zi Qian capsule has an affirm function of promoting thrombocyte, and its effect was superior to "Promote thrombocyte capsule" (P<0.05) .3.The generation of ITP was related to serum TNF-a elevation.4. Zi Qian capsule can decrease serum TNF-a in ITP as a result to reach the therapeutic aim, and its effect was superior to "Promote thrombocyte capsule" (P<0.01) .
