| Objective:For considering the mechanism of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (CITP) and the action link of Ziqian Capsule, this study was to observe the effect of Ziqian Capsule acting on the patients of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (CITP). We are sure of the effect in clinic.Methods:Devided CITP patients into treated group with Ziqian Capsule and control group with Shengxuexiaoban capsule at random ,so that.we observe the differences of curative effect ,then the serum IL-6 of CITP patients was measured by ELISA before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of Ziqian Capsule was 93.75% and that of Shengxuexiaoban capsule was 84.38%.There were obvious differences between treated group and control group.2.The serum IL-6 concentration of CITP patient was obviously higher than that of the normal,which was decreased through treated,especially in treated group.Conclusions:The variation of serum IL-6 maybe correlate with the CITP,and which shows immunity abnormity existed in the patient of CITP . Ziqian Capsule effectively treats CITP and plays a part in regulating the level of the serum IL-6.
