Effect Of Gnoderma Applanautm Polysaccharides On N-ras And C-myc Oncogene Expression In Mouse HepA Tumour

AIM: To study the effect of GAPSGF on N-ras and C-myc oncogene expression in HepA tissue. This will help to complete the mechanism of antitumor effect of GAPSGF. METHODS: 1 the ratio of antitumor: weigh the intact tumour of each group and calculate the ratio.2 Observe the effect of GAPSGF on N-ras and C-myc oncogene transcription by the method of ISH.3 Observe the effect of GAPSGF on N-ras and C-myc oncogene protein expression by the method of immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: 1 Compared to Negative Control Group, GAPSGF Intramuscular Injection Group > GAPSGF Intravenous Injection Group and Positive Control Group have notable difference on the ratio of antitumor (p<0.05).,and the three, comparing to each other ,have no difference. 2 Compared to Negative Control Group, GAPSGF Intramuscular Injection Group, GAPSGF Intravenous Injection Group and Positive Control Group have notable difference on both transcription level and protein expression level of N-ras oncogene (p<0.05).,and the three, comparing to each other ,have no difference.3 Compared to Negative Control Group, GAPSGF Intramuscular Injection Group , GAPSGF Intravenous Injection Group and Positive Control Group have notable difference on both transcription level and protein expression level of C-myc oncogene (p<0.05).,and the three, comparing to each other ,have no difference. CONCLUSION: 1 GAPSGF has obvious antitumour effect on HepA tumour.2 GAPSGF can obviously reduce the expression of N-ras oncogene both in transcription level and protein expression level.3 GAPSGF can obviously reduce the expression of C-myc oncogene both in transcription level and protein expression level.
