1. To observe the neovascularization and blood supply of lung VX2 tumor in rabbits.2. To disscuse the effects of RFA on neovascularization and blood aupply of lung VX2 tumor in rabbits.MethodsTo establish an animal model of lung tumors in rabbits, which were divided into the surgical group (RFA) and the control (without RFA) :1. Using immunohistochemical SP method, the expression of VEGF in lung tumor was observed and MVD of lung tumor was measured 3, 7,1 Od after RFA respectively.2. With CT enhancement, time-enancement curve of tumor was got 1 d, 7d respectively after RFA.-6-Results1. The expression of VEGF and MVD were significant in lung VX2 tumor, meanwhile CT enhancement of lung tumor was increased.2. Both the ratio of positive cells of VEGF and MVD of lung tumor after RFA in the surgical group were decreased significantly in comparision with the control.3. Peak of CT enhancement of lung tuomor in the surgical group was decreased and delayed significantly after RFA.Conclusions1. There were neovascularization in tumor of rabit model through which tumor gets enough nutrition.2. RFA could effectively destruct the microvessel of the tumor and repress the neovascularization of the tumor.3. RFA could effectively decrease the blood supply of the tumor.
