To explore B-mode ultrasound of parameters system and its significance in the diagnosis of fatty liver Methods: To establish experimental rabbit fatty liver models(n=14), normal controls(n=6). Liver index; serum triglyceride and cholesterol ; serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) ; aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and B-mode ultrasound were detected: To observe liver pixeK liver attenuation and blood vessel of liver. Liver pixel took portal vein rampart as criteria. Liver attenuation surpass 1/3 was consider mild attenuation, surpass 2/3as obvious attenuation. Blood vessel of liver:take portal vein articulation as criteria. To measure liver right and left lobe up and down track ; front and back track. To adopt histogram technique check and measure hepatorenal echo intensity. Every parameter was adopted quantitative and grade in B-mode ultrasound .Fatty liver was judged according to comprehensive cumulative scoring ,compared to pathology, we evaluated its sensitivity, specificity, accuracy. Results : Experimental group's liver index, blood lipid, ALT, AST were higher than in controls(P<0.05). Compared to controls, fatty liver group has several feature:liver size extend, the hepatorenal difference was significantly greater than in the controls(2.57?.01dB vs?.66 ?2.5dB P<0.05), liver pixel dense, liver attenuation and the blood vessel of the liver obsure. According to comprehensive cumulative scoring , #3score, was judged as norma≥, # 4score, was prompt fatty liv, # 5score,was judged explicit fatty liver. This method has a sensitivity of 85.7%. a specificity of 83.3% and accuracy of 85% for the diagnosis of fatty liver. Conclusion: Quantitative parameters system of B-mode ultrasound has higher sensitivity, specificity, accuracy in the diagnosis of fatty liver and is more valuable than single parameter.
