| Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasonic tissue characterization in patients of fatty liver. Methods Ultrasonic integrated backscatter(IBS) of the liver were quantitatively analysed in HP SONOS 5500 Ultrasonic apparatus. Results Denseness of echo radiants in parenchyma of fatty liver were enhanced. IBS were progressively decreased from the near field to the far field , the IBS in fatty liver were significantly higher than the normal subjects and the IBS in fatty liver treated were lower than fatty liver. Conclusion The technique of quantitative analysis of ultrasonography of fatty liver, especially with ultrasonic integrated backscatter is more accurate and objective than conventional technique and can be a new criterion of digital quantitativing and criterion. |
