Endoscopic Study On Gastric Augle Ulcer

Objective to estimate and study the endoscopic manifest , clinical pathologic character and clinical significance. Methods 136 patients with gastric augler ulcer were analyzed and studied in first symptom , endoscopic manifest, pathologic types and HP infestion modulus. Results 107of 136(78.7%) of gastric augle ulcer proved to be benign disease,29 of 136(21.3%) of gastric augle ulcer proved to be malignant tumour. Thereinto.upheavl ulcerated carcinoma is 16 of 29(55.2%),ulcerated carcinoma is 13 of 29(44.8%);adenocarcinoma is 20 of 29(69%),low differentiation carcinoma is 7 of 29(24.1%),mucous-cells carcinoma is 2of 29(69%). Conclusion gastrical ulcer of augle always occur to the male of middle age(60.2%),the proportion of male and female is 3.1:1;no manifest difference in clinical symptom of these patients. Carcinomatous rate is 21.3%, HP infestion rate of carcinoma is 55.3%.
