The Fibergastoscopic Diagnosis And Clinical Research Of Spleen Stomach Qi Deficiency Gastric Ulcer

Objective: To investigate the typical behave of spleen stomach qi deficiency gastic ulser in fibergastoscope, which can offer objective evidence to the differentiation of syndromes.Methods: 150 gastric ulcer patients (which according to《the Chinese herbal medicine new medicine clinic research guideline》are divided into four groups, including, Liver and stomach qi stagnation group, Spleen-stomach Dampness-heat group, Spleen-qi deficiency group and deficiency of stomach yin group) compeleted the questionnaire.Using the fibergastoscope to observe the changement in shape and color of the Gastric Mucosa.Result: There is no significant difference of the area of ulcer among these four goups.The spleen-qi deficiency group shows mucosa edema, which is white in color, and covered with white tongue coating on endoscopy view( P<0.01).Conclusion: There is no relationship between the area of gastric ulcer and the tcm symptom pattern types.What's more the spleen-qi deficiency group shows mucosa edema, which is white in color, and covered with white tongue coating on endoscopy view.
