Ho-meostasis model assessment (HOMA)was applied to assess the status of insulin resistance, the relative parameter is expressed in mean num-ber ?standard difference and relative analytical method and is pos-sessed an the computer with SPSS10. 0 software bag. P - selectin is tested with the enzyme sample box of Bender company in the united states , and detected by the detector of Drasorm company of Italy and special software.ResultsFPG, FINS, IR, TC, TG, PLT, P - selectin of the group with DM is higher than these of the group without DM . HDL of the group with DM is less than that of the group without DM, but there is no statistic meaning. IR and FPG of the two groups is strongly relevant is nega-tively relevant with HDL, and is not relevant with P - selectin of the group without DM, and is less relative to P - selectin of the group with DM.DiscussionFatness hypertension the disorder of lipid the plasmmogen activa-tor the decrease of OGTT insulin resistance and heperinsulinemia are commonly existed in one person . that is insulin resistance syndrome. IR is the key factor and promoted the progression of the CHD. the ac-tivation of the function of PLT is one of the most important factor. P -selectin, a kind of platelet membrane glucoprotein is a special param-eter of the function of platelet . It normally existed in the a - particle of PLT and the Weibel Palade small particle of endodermic cell , but is very little in the plasma . If the PLT is activated and pseudopod is formed, the pseudopod is fragment into the plasma and is liable to be destroyed, so the amount of P - selectin in plasma is reflected the ex-tent of the destroy of the PLT in some way. The result of the study ex-posed that the IR is not relevant to the P - selectin in the group with-out DM and is less relevant to that in the group with DM . It can be in-clude that the insulin in plasma can inhibit the function of the PLT andthe expression of the P - selectin of the PLT. when there is fatness or IR in one person. The inhibition is reduced or disappear . when the activity of PLT rises, the P selectin , the symbol of the PLT activity al-so rise IR is extimated in the patient with CHD or DM , so it can be conclude that the inhibition of the PLT is decreased , the P - selectin activity of the PLT is higher became of IR. HOMA - IR with type 2diabetes was higher than with nor diabetes significantly ( P <0.05). HOMA - IR was not correlated with P - selectin in nor diabetes group. HOMA - IR was positively correlated with P - selectin in dia-betes group( P < 0.05).ConclusionIf insulin resistance was get up P - selectin like seen high. The IR in the patient with CHD is more less relative to the P - selectin. It means easy P - selectin tend to rise when the IR is intensified.
