In the experiment, through obversving the mice' survival quality, the weight coefficient of kidney/body, radioimmunoassay targets, pathological study in renal tissue, we found that Tao He Cheng Qi Decoction and separate prescriptions have effect on resisting RIF, in the compatability of prescriptions, taoren and dahuang always have better action than guizhi, however, the decoction is the best, it means that guizhi has conspiracy. Tao He Cheng Qi Tang can restain RIF, which mechanism related to restrain the growth factor of renal interstitial fibroblasts in RIF and decrease extracellular matrix. This subject not only verified that principle had an invital influence on decoction, but also gives information for clinic.
