The Study On The Plasticity Of Acnte Cerebral Infarction In Rats With Therapy Of Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation

Objective To explore mechanism of scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation on cerebral infarction damage in rats. Methods To anologue the pathologic change coursed by cerebral ischemia in human, the animal model were made by blocking middle cerebral artery. Neuronal function evaluation halter test rotation test reticular screen test pathomorphologic change and number of synapse were selected as indexes. We were trying to show the probable mechanism of scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy in acute cerebral infarction from the scopes of behavior medicine pathomorphology and synapse. Result (1) Scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy can improve cerebral infarct rat's grasping equilibrating and moving function and strengthen myodynamia. (2) improve glia cell and collagenons fibers hyperpiasia and reduce cerebral tissue edema.(3)improve the number of synapse at the edge of infarction. Conclusion the therapy of scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation can reduce ischemic cell damage and delay cell death after cerebral infarction. It can protect and repair neuron. This experiment provided theoretical basis to clinic.
