Acute cerebral infarction belong to stroke in TCM.Stroke is a name of disease, originally from plain questions..It is a acute symptom harming to being life.So it is an important research subject in present medicine field about the mechanism and preventing measure of Acute cerebral infarction.Acupuncture have a long-term history being a traditional therapy.lt has been confirmed by medicine field in the world. Scalp point through electro acupuncture were administrate on acute cerebral ischemic following reperfusion model by blocking middle cerebral artery of rat.We took Immunohisto chemistry and In situ hybridization to detect the expression of IL-6mRNA , TGF- # lmRNA, ICAM-1, and also observe ultrastructure in brain tissue, nerve function Score.Experimental results indicated: can significantly ameliorate nerve function Score; ameliorate Ultrastructural pathologic change significantly thereby the death of cell was refrained; decrease significantly the expression of ICAM-l;reinforce significantly the expression of IL-6mRNA; reinforce significantly the expression of TGF-P ImRNA.Our reseach studyed the possible mechanism of nerve protection of acupuncture to acute brain ischemic damage from the level of body as a whole > celk molecule. Scalp point through point acupuncture with electro acupuncture has the protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, and the mechanism may be related to reliveing in flammatory response indured by cytokines.lt provided theoretic support for the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral vessel disease with acupuncture.
