Clinical Study On The Correlation Of Hepatic Dysfunction And Hyperthyroidism

Objective: To explore the relation between hyperthyroidism and hepatic dysfunction and to study the prophylaxis and treatment of hyperthyroidism hepatic dysfunction with Jia Kang Ning.Methods: 1. T3, T4, TSH, FT3, FT4, ALT, AST, ALP, A, A/G of 162 hyperthyroidism patients were determined and analyzed.2. Randomly ,60 hyperthyroidism hepatic dysfunction patients were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group patients were treated by Jia Kang Ning,and the control group patients were treated by Propylthiouracil and Jigan. After 2 months,the experimental indexs(T3, T4, TSH, FT3, FT4, TC, TG, ALT, AST, ALP) were compared to those in the beginning. Result: 1.T3, T4, FT3, FT4, ALT, AST, ALP were significantly higher than that of the group without hepatic dysfunction.2. The total effectiveness rate of the Jia Kang Ning group is 86.7%,whereas that of the control group is merely 56.7%, after processed with statistical methods, there is significant difference. Jia Kang Ning can improve the clinical symptoms and physical signs of hyperthyroidism hepatic dysfunction and improve thyroid function and hepatic function markedly. Conclusion: 1.Hepatic dysfunction is closely related to hyperthyroidism. 2.Improving thyroid function is meaningful for the patients with hyperthyroidism hepatic dysfunction. 3. Jia Kang Ning can improve thyroid function and hepatic function markedly and it is a good recipe to treat hyperthyroidism hepatic dysfunction.
