The Effect Of Kang Ning Hu Xin-Ⅱ To Serum Concentration Of C-Reactiveprotein, Interlertukin-6 On The Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the effect of Kang Ning Hu Xin- II (KNHX- II ) to IL-6,CRP on the patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris (Differential diagnosis to heart-blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine).Methods:60 patients were randomized to two groups.30 patients as treatment group, in which a basic western medicine combine with KNHX-II .30 patients as control group, in which a basic western medicine be given. The blood samples which to determine blood serum CRP and IL-6 were drawn in the morning just before and after two weeks' treatment.Result: 1. The serum concentration of CRP,IL-6 in highestdangerous group UA patients is higher than the dangerous group and lower dangerous group. The dangerous group is higher than lower dangerous group(p < 0.05) 2. KNHX- II can improve clinic symptom of UA patients in evidence.(p < 0.05) 3. The serum concentration of CRP,IL-6 was lower after than before treatment in two groups(p< 0.01).The CRP and IL-6 (different value after and before treatment)in treatment group are higher than that of control group.(p< 0.05)Conclusion: 1. The serum concentration of CRP,IL-6 can reflect the risk of arteries disease,and it can be significance in preventing and treating acute arteries event. 2. KNHX-II can improve clinic symptom of UA patients in evidence.3. KNHX-II can decrease the serum concentration of CRP,IL-6 in evidence, and treat UA through restraining inflammation reaction .
