Objective: To explore the relationship of Hemoreology.. Blood Viscosity syndrome.. D-D and Blood Stasis Syndrome ( BSS ) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Chronic Renal Failure (CRF). Methods : One hundred and twenty-one patients of CRF were divided into two groups by Syndrome differentiation of TCM, the Blood-Stasis -Syndrome (BSS) group (89 cases) (included ii cases of serious BSS,35 cases of moderate BSS ,and 43 cases of mild BSS) ; and non-Blood-Stasis-Syndrome (non-BSS) group(S2cases) and 40 cases healthy persons were enrolled as normal control group. Hemorheology Blood stasis syndrome analysis were measured, and D-D were measured in 16 cases BSS and 14 cases non-BSS. Result: The difference in all criteria of llemorheology between Off group and healthy control group was 3 insignificant(P<0. 05-0. 01). Whole blood high shear viscosity hematocrit (HcT) were lower significant (P<0. 05) than those in the healthy control group. whole blood low shear viscosity plasma viscosity(PV) RBC aggregation ( RCA ) and the hypercoagulability criteria including fibrinogen(FibY EDW% EL were higher significant (P<0.01) than those in the healthy control group. The henrrheology criteria including RA and hypercoagulability criteria between BSS group and non-BSS group were significant (P(0.05?.01). Blood Viscosity Syndronie(BVS)in CRF patients presented Blood High Viscosity Syndrome(BHS)-. Blood High? Low Viscosity Syndroiue(BHLS) Blood Low-High Viscosity Syndrome(BLHS).The Scores of BVS were heighten gradually following Kidney function run down (P<0.01). The positive rate of D-D in CRF group was 83.3%; the different of D-D between BSS and non-BSS group were insignificant. BVS in BSS were higher significantly (P<0.01) than those in non? 1355 group. The scores of BVS were heighten, gradually following 1355 aggravated (p<0.01). The occur rate of BSS (%) was heighten. Gradually following kidney function run down (p<0. 05), The scores BVS were heighten gradually(0.01) the classification of CRF patients with Blood Stasis 4 Syndrome and the classification of Blood Viscosity Syndrome was positive correlation(r=O. 92, P<0.01). Conclusion: CRF patients with Blood Stasis presented hypercoagulabity .e hyperagulabity prethromboti c state and fibrinolytic succeeded. In the OW patient with Blood Stasis, BVS presented BHS.. BIlLS. BUS BHLS may be the important pathologic factors in forming BSS .BHS, BHLS and BSS were the important factors in the process of Chronic Renal Failure.
