The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Acute Cerebrahemorrhage By Zhen Gan Xi Feng Fruit

According to the tutor's academic views and clinical experiences in the treatment of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage , The auther initially discusses the pathology and therapy for acute cerebrahemorrhage by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM with combining the view and method of modern medicine. The auther thinks that the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine is the main method. Objective: To study from the clinical angle the therapic effect of ICH and find the best project of acute ICH , decrease mortality and improve life quality of patients.Methods: A total of 72 patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group(42 cases) and the control group(30 cases).the treatment group were adopted modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Zhen Gan Xi Feng Fruit oral administration. The control group only were adopted modern medicine therapy. Results:1.The two group had great improvement after the therapy, but treatment group was improved significantly compared to the control group in nervous function defect, daily viability, psychosis after ICH, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(P<0.05).2.In preventing complication, the treatment group advanced the controlgroup too.(P<0.05).3.In the incurrence of psychosis after ICH, the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.In the effect of TCM and modern medicine. The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusions:The paper indicated that Zhen Gan Xi Feng Fruit TCM with modern medicine were better effective and safe in the treatment of acute ICH.1.The therapic measure could reducing brain edema, decreasing intracranical pressure, and improve quality of life.2. Zhen Gan Xi Feng Fruit as the combined treatment of modern medicine could antisepsis, analgesis, diuresis, dehydration, decreasing intracerebral pressure and blood pressure, increasing cerebral blood flow and decreasing resistance of cerebral vessels, improving hemorrheology, protecting brain cell, reducing complications, promoting absorption of hematoma. And indicated that this was a best treatment method of ICH .
