Objective: To study the cirrelation of Bcl-2 Ki-67 VEGF expression in RCC and their significances.Methods The immunohistochemixa stainning method was used to evaluate the expression of the Bcl-2 Ki-67 -VEGF in 44cases of RCC and 10 cases of nomal renal tissue as controls.Results The positive rates of Bcl-2 VEGF were higher in renal carcinoma tissues (79.52%-61.30%) than in nomal renal tissues(30% 20% p<0.05). the expression rate of Ki-67 was 13% in renal carcinoma tissues. And 10% in nomal renal tissues.but there was no significate difference between them.Bcl-2 pisitive rates were decreased as stage and grade increased. But in both Ki-67and VEGF the higher grade and stage ,the higher rates. There were no significant differences among grades and Robson stages for Bcl-2 expression. A significant difference was found between the low grade tumor(I)and highe grade tumor(III),but no significant differences were found among the Robson stages for Ki-67 expression.Also significant differences were found between the grade I and grade III,the low grade tumor(MI)and the high grade tumor (III),the low stage tumor (I) and the high stage tumor (IV)(p<0.05) for the VEGF expression.Significant correlations were not noted between Bcl-2 and Ki-67,betweenBcl-2 and VEGF,between Ki-67 and VEGF.Conclusions Bcl-2 VEGF might involve in the transformation of benign to malignant process.But Bcl-2 is not related to the tumor grade and tumor stage.Ki-67 is related to the degree of differentiation of RCC.The expression of VEGF is correlated positively with the development and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma.VEGF may provide a new marker for tumor blood vessels .Inhibition of VEGF might be further in used in treatment of RCC.RCC occurs anddevelops in coordination with oncogene active and antioncogene defective.
