| OBJECTIVE:To study the clinic signigicance of conservative treatment for Ectopic pregnancy METHODS:review and analyzes 266 EP patients in the first hospital of the Jilin University from 1992-2003,who can be treated with conservative treatment .record the ages ,pregnants,the time of pause menstruate,the time of viginal bleeding, bellyache complexion, the size of the block in pelvic cavity, accumulateing fluid in rectum lacuna,blood β-HCG.according to the patient and disease,using laparatopic conservative operation 18 cases,laparoscopic conservative operation 24 cases, methotrexate (MTX) 144 cases,RU-486 28 cases, Chinese traditional medicine 6 cases,expecting 46 cases.compared with curative effect ,side effect, reduce of blood β-HCG, costs and time in-patient.RESULTS: 1.Conservative operation group: complete cure in the operation group; the reaction of the outer sustem of vertubra is 3 in the laparatopic conservative operation group; reduce of blood β-HCG for laparatopic conservative operation and the other conservative operation is 8.66+5.22(d) and 8.65 +5.12(d); the time of the laparatopic conservative operation group is 9.32+3.89(d),the cost of its is 5000+306.6(yuan );the other is 9.64+4.92(d) and 3680+298.7(yuan ).2.Medical group: cure ratio of MTX is 75.70%, cure ratio ofru-486 is 71.43%,cure ratio of Chinese traditional medicine is 100%; in the course of the treatment, in MTX group there are 48 cases for gastrointestinal reaction, 15 cases for oral cavity ulcer, 9 cases for leukocyte <4×109/L,all the cases look up after being heteropathy;in RU-486 group there are 6 cases for gastrointestinal reaction, the incidence of the side- effect is 50.36% and 23.12% repectively. there is no distinct differences between the above two groups.( Ｐ=0.680),there is no harm to the liver and kidney;reduce of blood β-HCG for MTX is 15.91+8.16(d),for RU-486 is 14.76+6.87(d),for Chinese traditional medicine is 15.76+7.84(d);the time of the MTX, RU-486, Chinese traditional medicine is 18.84+3.01(d), 16.24+2.98(d),20.32+2.64(d);the cost of them is 1630+312.6(yuan) , 948+182.6(yuan), 1024+164.8(yuan).3.The expecting group: cure ratio of expecting is 56.23%; reduce of blood β-HCG for expecting group is 18.3+7.18(d);the time of its is 21.45+2.67(d);the cost of its is 826+124.6(yuan).4.reduce of blood β-HCG:the fastest group is conservative operation group,the time of RU-486 is 14.76+6.87, the time of MTX is 15.91+8.16,there is no distinct differences between the above two groups.( p>0.05),the reducing time of the expecting group is the longest,there existed prominent differences between the expecting group and the other groups. (p<0.01)5.Compared with the cost and the time we can know that the time of the laparatopic conservative operation group is the shortest, which average time is 9.32+3.89,but the cost is the most that is 5000+306.6。the time of the expecting group is the longest , which average time is 21.45+2.67,and which average cost is 800+105.3。CONCLUSION:1.More and more clinics give more attention to the conservative treatment of Ectopic pregnancy2.MTX conservative treatment of Ectopic pregnancy is the first method in our hospital ,RU-486 is an effect ,safe and convience medicine,and can be used in outpatient department.that may became the preferred medicine,3.According to that The laparatopic conservative operation is scarcely harmful,come back sooner,and there is little bleeding in the operation ,clinics advise that adapt The laparatopic conservative operation for the patients who can be treated with conservative treatment and who are eager to procreate.
