Objective:To analyze the clinical application value and efficacy of different conservative treatment schemes for ectopic pregnancy. Methods:From January 2015 to December 2018,188 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to sihong and suda Hospital for conservative drug treatment were collected. The clinical data of all patients were collected, including age, fertility history, menopause time, gynecological signs, changes of HCG,medication process, changes of B-mode ultrasound, changes of vital signs and side effects. The patients were divided into three groups according to different treatment schemes, and the effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy in three groups was observed.Group A was given methotrexate 75 mg single intramuscular injection, while Mifepristone was given orally 25 mg twice a day for 3 days;Group B was given methotrexate 50 mg intramuscular injection for 1 and 7 days, and Mifepristone 25 mg twice a day for 3 days;Group C was given methotrexate 20 mg intramuscular injection for 5 days, while Mifepristone was given twice a day for 5 days.Estrone 25 mg twice a day for 3 days.Result:(1)The average age of patients was 31.6±6.8 years old.According to complete random distribution,62 patients participated in group A,63 patients in group B and 63 patients in group C.There was no significant difference in personal data among the three groups.(2)The time of 50%and 70%decrease of HCG under three different administration modes was changed. The time required for 50%decrease of HCG in blood of each group was 6.3+1.5 days in group A,4.1+0.9 days in group B and 6.6+1.8 days in group C,respectively. The time needed to decrease 70%was 12.3(+2.3)days for group A,9.5(+1.7)days for group B and 15.3(+2.7)days for group C,respectively. Two or two comparisons between groups showed that the time needed for the decrease of HCG in group B was shorter than that in the other two groups. There was statistical significance(3)42 patients in group A were successfully treated conservatively with a success rate of 67.7%.52 patients in group B were successfully treated conservatively with a success rate of 82.5%.46 patients in group C were successfully treated conservatively with a success rate of 7.7%.3.0%.There was significant difference between group B and the other two groups(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in adnexal space occupancy between the three groups after different administration methods(P>0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two regimens(P>0.05).Discussions:1.Among the three schemes adopted in this paper, the shortest time and the best effect were needed for the reduction of HCG in group B to 50%and 70%.2.The changes of adnexal mass during ectopic pregnancy were not obvious, which was not used as an index to evaluate the clinical efficacy.3.There was no significant difference in the final cure rate of the three regimens in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.4.There was no significant difference in side effects among the three regimens. Conclusion:Methotrexate 50mg was given once in the first day and once in the seventh day.At the same time, combined with mifepristone oral therapy in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy, the patients had the highest benefit.
