Objective:To study the tubal patency, its possible influence factors, the situation of further pregnancy and its related influence factors for the patients of extrauterine pregnancy after conservative treatment The Research Object and Methods:We selected ectopic pregnancy patients from 2009 to 2013 in the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University as the research object, who were eligible for conservative treatment and made successful or achieved discharge standard. Useing retrospective study methods, by telephone follow-up is given priority to,combined with letters, e-mails, etc.We use questionnaire survey to obtain these patient’s relevant information included the condition of pelvic mass, the time of package block fading away, the decreasing of HCG,the situation of menstrual recovery and tubal fluid, oral Chinese traditional medicine out-of- hospital following the doctor’s advice, whether with the plan of pregnancy, birth control, repregnancy. We use the SPSS19.0 cross contingency table to analysis the related factors that it’s possible influence the tubal patency, and use the survival analysis to study the research object who are planning pregnancy, and we also use the method of multiple factors analysis of COX to further analysis factors which may affect pregnancy outcomes.Results:1.In these ectopic pregnancy patients who accepted conservative treatment, there were93.2% patients whose HCG concentration was recovered to the normal in 1 to 2 weeksafter discharge, 86.4% patients whose pelvic bag piece was back to normal in 3 to 4 weeks after discharge, 93.2% patients who never appeared abdominal pain after discharge, 76.5%patients whose menstruation was recovered to normal in 3 to 4 weeks after discharge,82.7% patients whose menstrual quantity had no obvious change, and 92.6% patients whose menstrual period had no obvious change.2.The related factors with tubal patency situation involve the traditional Chinese medicine, fallopian tube fluid, abdominal pain, days of menopause and age. Futher more, oral Chinese medicine and fallopian tube fluid are the advantageous factors which will promote the tubal patency. Abdominal pain, days of menopause and age are the bad factors which will not promote the tubal patency.3.As to patients planning pregnancy who were accepted conservative treatment, 91.8%patients whose HCG concentration was recovered to the normal in 1 to 2 weeks after discharge, 97.3% patients continuing to accept oral Chinese medicine treatment and 13.7%more than a month; 84.9% patients whose pelvic bag piece were back to the normal in 3 to4 weeks after discharge, 94.5% patients who never appeared abdominal pain after discharge, 68.5% patients whose menstruation was recovered to normal in 3 to 4 weeks after discharge, 87.7% patients whose oviduct was unobstructed by tubal commune liquid or salpingography; and 72.6% patients who realized pregnancy again in natural way.4.The pregnancy rate after the conservative treatment was 71.2%, 4.1% of ectopic pregnancy in the original site and 1.4% of ectopic pregnancy in the other site.5.The median gestational time of pregnancy was 13.0 months.6.Pelvic pain after treatment(RR = 3.571,P<0.05), time of HCG concentration back to normal(RR = 2.434 P<0.15,RR = 3.927 P<0.05) and tubal patency after treatment within the next six months(RR = 16.079,P<0.05) are the important factors for patients who planning repregnancy after conservative treatment.Conclusion:1.It is meaningful to promote the tubal patency that the conservative treatmentcombined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and later oviduct through liquid.2.The effect of conservation treatment could achieve a more satisfactory repregnancy rate.3.For patients with pregnancy demand, they are of great guiding sense that paying close attention to the change pace of HCG, tubal patency and abdominal pain.
