Objective: Study the function rehabilitation of the tibial plateau fractures, analyse the biomechanics test, and discuss the balance of fixation and rehabilitation in the function excise of knee joint. Methods: 53 patients, after the operational treatment on the tibial plateau , be divided to three groups and had the knee excise . Group A were guided by the principle of balance in fixation and rehabilitation; Group B had more times than Group A; and Group c were excised by themselves. Then we compared the knee joint function and the range of knee motion (ROM) after the concrescence of fractures. The models of TPF were produced by adult cadaver. Noted the data when displacement (strain) was at 0.5,1.0, 1.5, 2.0 mm. Results: There were significant difference (P<0. 01) in the grade of knee function and the range of knee motion between B and C, A and C. Then Group A was similar to B. The test show us that at the times of 96. 50 + 8. 44 the inter-fixation can be said defeated on the state of bearing weight. Conclusion: The balance of motion and quiescence has better effect on the Function Rehabilitation and ROM of knee joint.
