Objective: Study the important taches of the function rehabilitation of tibial plateau fractures based on regular pattern of the bone healing. Quantify the main technical indicators through clinical observation. And then verify the scientificity of the theory of the balance of motion and quiescence in bone healing, and clarify it's function in guiding the patients of fractures to rehabilitate. Methods: Divide 60 patients after the operational treatment on the tibial plateau to 4 groups. Guide A B C groups to excise their knee joint in different rehabilitation quantity what includes excising time to last out, excising frequency, excise amplitude, excising strength and excising times. D group's excise is guided by the traditional healing methods under the principle of no pain. Then we compared the rehabilitation results of the 4 groups which were guided in different rehabilitation quantity, and evaluate and analyse the rehabilitation results. Results: We analysed the ROM and the function of knee of 4 groups and found there were no significant difference (p>0.05) between A and B, B and C, A and C, and there were significant difference between A and D, B and D, C and D.Conclusion: It's verified by the clinical research that there was a bigger safe and effective rehabilitation range in the function rehabilitation of tibial plateau fractures, and there was a least rehabilitation quantity to get to the ideal rehabilitation effect. We can acquire the ideal rehabilitation effect through the least rehabilitation quantity in the bigger rehabilitation range under the principle of the balance of motion and quiescence.
