Objective:By comparison with the effect among three group postoperative patients of olecroanon fracture according different rehabilitation methods, and discuss the balance of fixation and rehabilitation in the function excise of elbow joint.Method:Divide 60 patients after the operational treatment on the olecroanon fracture to 3 groups.Guide A,B groups to excise their elbow joint in different rehabilitation quantity what includes excising time to last out, excising frequency, excise amplitude, and excising strength.C group's excise is guided by the traditional healing methods under the principle of no pain. Then we compared the rehabilitation results of the 3 groups which were guided in different rehabilitation quantity, and evaluate and analyse the rehabilitation results.Result:We analysed the function and the ROM of elbow joint of 3 groups and found there were no significant difference(p>0.05) between A and B,and there were significant difference (p<0.05) between A and C,B and C.Conclusion:There was a bigger safe and effective rehabilitation volume in the postoperative function rehabilitation of olecroanon fracture, and there was a less rehabilitation quantity to get to the ideal rehabilitation effect compared with fixation strength. The study found a better rehabilitation effect without affecting fracture healing and fixation stability through the less rehabilitation quantity in the bigger rehabilitation volume under the principle of the balance of motion and quiescence.
