Objective: To observe effects of 909 on activating blood circulation and dissolving stasis, we studied the effects of 909 on cerebral ischemia, deep venous thrombosis, parameters of hemorheology and platelet aggregation and its mechanisms, and provided theoretical basis for the clinical application of 909.Methods: We distributively observed the effects of 909 on cerebral ischemia in rats, deep venous thrombosis in rats, property of hemorheology in ecchymotic rats, blood time and clotting time in mice, platelet aggregation and its mechanisms.Results: 909 could reduce Evan's content and brain edema induced by stroke in rats(p<0.05, p<0.0l), improve capability of memory after cerebral ischemia in rats(p<0.05, p<0.01) and prolong the breathing time of acute cerebral ischemia in mice(p<0.01); could reduce the wet and dry weight of vein thrombus(p<0.05, p<0.01) and prolong the prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time(p<0.05, p<0.01); could improve the property of hemorheology in ecchymotic rats (p<0.05, p<0.0l); prolong blood time and clotting time in mice (p<0.05); and could inhibit platelet aggregation (p<0.05 , p<0.01). especially shear-indued platelet aggregation(p<0.05, p<0.01) and obviously lower the content of TXB2, vWF, GMP140 and GP3a in plasma(p<0.05.p<0.01).Conclution: The 909 can improve cerebral ischemia and inhibit deep venous thrombosis,and it also could improve property of hemorheology and inhibit platelet aggregation.The mechanisms of 909 on inhibiting platelet aggregation probably related to its effects of lowering levels of TXB2, vWF, GMP140 and GP3a in plasma.
