Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of QianLieYuKang Liquid on the complications of transurethral vapororization of the prostate. To investigate the in vitro anti-bacteria activity and analgesic activity in mice and haemostatic effect of QLYKL.Methods: 60 cases of post-TUVP were randomly divided into treating group and controlling one. Then, the total effective rates and the visual analog scale(VAS) and the number of bladder spasm were compared between the two groups following the treatment with QLYKL; 30 mouse were randomly divided into three groups(QLYKL group,0.9%NaCl injection group and 5% Mannitol group),the frequencies of acid-induced mice writhing of three groups were compared;20 rabits were divided into QLYKL group and controlling group, then to test and compare the prothrombin time(PT) between two groups; To observe the anti-bacterial action of QLYKL to Staphylococus aureus(SA),escherichia coli(EC) and proteus spp(PS).Results: (1) The total effective rates of QLYKL group(96.7%) were significant higher than that of controlling group(83.3%)(p<0.05). Compared with that of controlling group, significantly reduced number of bladder spastic frequency and VAS were seen in QLYKL group(p<0.05). (2) The number of acid-induced mice writhing of QLYKL group werelower than controlling group(p<0.05). (3) Compared with that of controlling group and of non-treating group, reduced number of PT were seen in the QLYKL group(p<0.05). (4) QLYKL possesses effectively antibacterial action to Staphylococus aureus(SA),escherichia coli(EC) and proteus spp(PS).Conclusions: QLYKL can significantly reduced the complications of transurethral vaporization of the prostate and possesses effectively antibacterial action and haemostatic effect and analgesic activity.
