| Codonopsis lanceolata is used both as food and medicine and its water extract possess the antimutagenic effect. To investigate the antimutagenic effect and its antimutagenic mechanism, base on former research, we continue to separate the Codonopsis lanceolata and get the water department of alcohol extract of Codonopsis lanceolata. and use it to do antimutagenic experiments. The research is composed up of four departments: 〢mes tests (Salmonella assay): Incorportion assay is adopted to judge the antimutagenic effect of every different departments of Codonopsis lanceolata, then we choice the best part and deduced its mechanism through various assembled experiments. ãŽicronuclei tests: According to cytokines-blocked micronuclei test(CB-MNT)of the peripheral blood lymphocytes in rat. in vitro lymphocytes culture is applied, we collect the data: rate of micronuclei in binucleated lymphocyte of varies concentration of the water department of alcohol extract, and rate of micronuclei among varies groups defined by different orders of adding the water department and cvclophophamide at the same concentration of water department of alcohol extract of codnopsis lanceolata, while CP is always at the same concentration. (3)Anti-free radical experiments: Absorbency method were applied, such data are collected: absorbency of varies concentration of the water department of alcohol extract of codnopsis lanceolata without 89 and the absorbency of varies concentration of the water department of alcohol extract of codnopsis lanceolata with 89. while the positive is the I-bOi. The experiments can help us to explain the ancestor's result explicitly. (4) Experiments of lymphocyte' multiplication: In vitro lymphocytes culture is applied, we observer the rate of lymphocyte' multiplication in varies concentration of the water department of alcohol extract, while MMC is always at the same concentration(40 i-i g/L). Such conclusions we can get: 〢mes tests: Different bacterium adopt different positive: TA98 dexon 50 ug per plate; TA100 NaNa 1.0 u g per plate. We discover that the water department of alcohol extract of codnopsis lanceolata possesses a better antimutagenic effect after scanning on various department of alcohol extract of codnopsis lanceolata. The following experiments andassembled experiments show that all of experiments have statistic signification: assembled experiment 1 F=4.Q4, P<0.05; assembled experiment 2 F=6.33,P<0.05; assembled experiment 3 F=4.85, /><0.05; assembled experiment 4 F=6.57, P |
