Clinical Research Of The QingReLiShiQuChong Prescription Treating The Chronic Prostatitis

Objective: This paper uses both recent literature and clinical reports to research cause of disease and treatment of chronic prostatitis. In regard to the cause of disease and pathogenesis, this paper mainly discusses the parasitic cause of prostatitis, and makes a simple introduction to the therapy progression. It also concerns the effect of the heat clearing, dampness benefiting, and parasite purging method on the damp-heat with parasite type of chronic prostatitis. This paper brings forward the point that parasites have become a significant cause of chronic prostatitis, and suggests the parasite purging method' s significance in treating this disease, along with providing a new method of clinical dialectic.Method: A group of 60 subjects were given computer-generated random serial numbers and divided into a treatment group and control group, 30 cases for each group. The treatment group used the heat clearing, dampness benefiting, and parasite purging method, the matched control used Vibramycin and Metronidazole, for a period of a month.Effect: Compared with the matched control group, the group being treated with the heat clearing, dampness benefiting, and parasite purging method prescription had an obvious statistical difference in the improvement of symptoms; WBC number of EPS in the treatment group also had an obvious statistics difference after treatment; The total curative effect shows the difference after treatment and the cure rate is higher than the matched control group.Conclusion: As we know, pathogen microbes are responsible for numerous cases of chronic prostatitis. This paper both emphasizes a comprehensive therapy, at the same time, the importance of differential treatment based on the specific cause of disease. This study adopts the heat clearing, dampness benefiting, and parasite purging method to treat chronic prostatitis with satisfactory results, confirming that Chinese medicine therapy provides an obvious advantage in treating chronic prostatitis caused by the pathogen microbes, such as mycoplasma and infusorian and so on.
