TGF β1 is one of the Transforming growth factor superfamily, is a multifunctional cytokine factor. It plays important roles through autocrine or paracrine in mammal. TGF βR I ,TGF β R II are two kinds of differential receptors of TGF β1 TGF β1 biologic effects are mediated by them. TGF P , can adjust syncytiotrophoblast Invasion through different ways and participate in embryo imbed and development. Abnormal expression of TGF P , system in the uterus-placenta tissue must be induced the injury of syncytiotrophoblast Invasion and villus blood vessel remodelling processes that result in badness of placenta implant and development. Finally, that induce to many kinds of pregnancy complication, for example Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), intrauterine growth restriction(IUGR) and so on.Objective: To discuss expression of TGF β1 ,,TGF β R I ,TGF β RII in placenta from pregnancy complicated with PIH, and study the correlation between theory of syncytiotrophoblast hypoxemia and the mechanism of INH.Methods: Use the immunohistochemistry(SABC methods) to determine the location and intensity of TGF β1 ,TGF P βR I ,TGF β RII staining in placenta from 64 cases of mild, moderate and serve group ofpregnancies complicated with PIH and 20 cases of normal pregnancy. The clinical date is analyed by T test, the ordinal date is analyed by two Independent Sample Test and Nemenyi Test, the correlation is analyed by Spearman's Bivariate Correlation.Result:1.Immunolocalization of TGF β1 ,,TGF β R I ,TGF β RII in all cases were observed mainly in syncytiotrophoblast and decidual cells. They located in cytoplasm and cell membrane.2.Expression of TGF β1,TGF β R I , TGF β RII in placenta:(1) Expression of TGF β1 in placenta was significantly elevated in PIH group (P<0.01) compared with the normal group. The TGF β1 lpositive expression of every group in placenta was different (P<0.01) .There was different between the moderate, severe PIH group (Pm<0.05;Ps<0.01) and the normal group, but there was no qualitative difference between the mild PIH group (P>0.05) and the normal group.(2) Expression of TGF 3 R I in placenta was significantly elevated in PIH group (P<0.05) compared with the normal group. The TGF p" R I positive expression of every group in placenta was different(P<0.05) .There was different between the severe PIH group (P<0.05) and the normal group, but there was no qualitative difference between the mild, moderate PIH group (P>0.05) and the normal group.(3) Expression of TGF P RII in placenta was significantly elevated in PIH group (PO.01) compared with the normal group. The TGF PR II positive expression of every group in placenta was different(P<0.01) .There was different between the severe PIH group (P<0.05) and the normal group, but there was no qualitative difference between the mild, moderate PIH group (P>0.05) and the normal group.3.
