Objective: Comparative study of cTn-I under beating heart or rested heart,to evalute the myocardial protective effect during beating heart operation.Method : 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients were in the beating group, others were in the rested group. The results indicated that: before operation; the end of artery was holded up; immediate after cardiopulmonary by pass(CPB); and 3h, 6h, 24h and 48h after heart operation.Result: cTn-I level was same in two groups before operation. cTn-I level was increased in both groups, but was significantly lower in the beating group than that in the rested group at each time point.(P<0.05)Conclution : the myocardial protective effect of open heart surgery on beating heart is relatively better than that on rested heart, because of less myocardial ischemia and reperfution injury.
